Thank you for shopping at Wiener World! We want to make sure your order — and your pup's new gear — arrives quickly and safely. Please read our shipping information below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship internationally from our supplier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–20 business days
Canada, Australia, UK: 10–25 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions or apply any available discount codes at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Wiener World has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or stuck, contact us at info@wienerworld.net and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wiener World is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at info@wienerworld.net within 24 hours of placing your order.
