Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wiener World. We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by your order confirmation email or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, chewed, or show signs of wear
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a clearance discount
Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wienerworld.net with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required for defective items.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@wienerworld.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wiener World is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, contact us at info@wienerworld.net. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been submitted to our supplier and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please email us immediately at info@wienerworld.net if you need to cancel.
